Abstract
A rescue excavation carried out in Plaza de la Pescadería in Sevilla brought to light a large reservoir formed of three navels. The hydraulic structure was built during the first half of the 2nd century AD. The pottery found in the filling of the easternmost navel, the only one in which total excavation has been possible, is chronologically very homogeneous, consisting of fine table wares (ARSD), amphorae and coarse and cooking wares, being these two last categories a majority within the recovered material. The ARS dates the filling in the central decades of the 6th century quite precisely.
